Description
These mines run under the Forest, beneath the hungry roots of the Bloodwood trees. Here, the miners excavate the bone planted years before, bone that has been cured by the blood-soaked roots to become the impervious metal known as Bloodsteel.
After being made into armor and weapons at the Forge, Bloodsteel is given to the Queen's Black Guard to further assist their carnal grip on Tekra and what remains of its uncorrupted population.
The miners, despite their duties to inevitably aid the Queen, are not but slaves under the somber Harvesters. They do what they must, as most of Tekra will do, to survive in this terrible age of blood.
Obey the Guard. Fear the Inquisition. Love the Queen.
The mines are dark, underground, and stretch and wind for miles. There are fourteen exits to the mine, each marked with a number. They travel under the roots of adult bloodwood trees, and harbor miners and whip-spiders. Not a friendly place, but only miners and harvesters dare venture into the mines.
